Join us at our annual Wedding & Event showcase for a fantastic opportunity to explore our beautiful historic venue, Historic Oakland, and connect with some of Maryland’s top-notch event professionals. Our vendors are ready to turn your celebration dreams into reality!
The manor and tented patio will be buzzing with over 40 vendors, including caterers, photographers, florists, makeup artists, event planners, DJs, decorators, hotels, rental experts, and attire specialists—everything you need under one roof to execute your perfect event!

Vendor Registration
If you are a vendor looking to expand your business to new clients, the Historic Oakland Showcase is the perfect place to showcase your expertise. The vendor registration fee includes:
- One 8’x8’ booth space, a 6’ long table & 2 banquet chairs. (For the sake of spacing and accommodating all vendors fairly, we do not permit vendors to bring their own tables.) However, if you need to bring something to enhance your booth, please speak with our coordinator to ensure it fits your space. Oakland does not provide table linens. Please bring your own!
- A listing in our showcase booklet, which all guests will receive upon arrival.
- All vendors will be featured on our Resource List, Oakland’s website, and to all potential clients who come for a personal tour for a year!
- Vendor highlights on our social media pages leading up to the showcase.
Payment is due in full at the time of booth registration. No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation. If vendors must cancel due to an emergency, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, a $30.00 administration fee will be retained.
This year, we are offering vendors the opportunity to select their booth location based on the ticket option purchased.
