A Unique Meeting Space

The Howard County Executive lifted the mask mandate for all indoor events and gatherings until further notice. Historic Oakland is following these guidelines with the following conditions: any and all guests or visitors are welcome in Historic Oakland without being masked. However, per CDC guidelines, all visitors or guests must be fully vaccinated (Fully vaccinated means 2 vaccines and 1 booster, when eligible). Any visitor or guest not fully vaccinated are required to be masked at all times when in Historic Oakland.

When your next meeting calls for an atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of your office, consider Historic Oakland. Oakland’s Manor offers quiet, private meeting space with free parking, 2 large rooms and four more for breakout sessions, beautiful gardens, and a covered veranda.  Or, ask about our tent rentals for the large 2,400 square foot patio.

Historic Oakland is conveniently located in downtown Columbia, in close proximity to popular hotels and restaurants. Airport accessibility and highway access are both convenient and immediate. At Oakland you are approximately 20 minutes from BWI, 50 minutes from National Airport, and minutes away from I-95, Route 70, and 695.

We are happy to provide everything for your meeting needs, including food and beverage service and audio visual needs.

Review
I am a business professional that holds events every two months at Oakland Manor for 30 guests. I cannot even begin to describe how helpful, accommodating and friendly the staff at Oakland Manor is in making our events successful. They go above and beyond in every way, take the stress off of me and ensure that everything is perfect for our event and guests. We never consider going anywhere else as any other venue would pale in comparison to the service and amenities we receive at Oakland Manor. A++ all the way around.
