You are approximately 20 minutes from BWI, 50 minutes from National Airport, and minutes away from I-95, Route 70, and 695.

Restrooms are located on the second floor with one handicap accessible restroom on the first floor. The second floor rooms are not handicap accessible.

I am a business professional that holds events every two months at Oakland Manor for 30 guests. I cannot even begin to describe how helpful, accommodating and friendly the staff at Oakland Manor is in making our events successful. They go above and beyond in every way, take the stress off of me and ensure that everything is perfect for our event and guests. Our most elegant room on the main level can accommodate approximately 80 guests seated theater or banquet style with room for presentation. The Ballroom receives natural lighting from four glass doors that lead out to an enclosed Veranda–a perfect spot for lunch or additional seating. Ballroom Floor Plan for 80, Ballroom Floor Plan for 60 Family-style, Ballroom Floor Plan for 56.

Our main meeting room has a stationary 12-foot glass top conference table with 12 comfy chairs surrounding.

In the warmer months, from April through October, we have a beautiful, lined tent on our back patio that is separately contracted by our exclusive vendor.  Please note that the tables and chairs  in the floor plan appear larger then they really are and many other options are available. Located on the second floor, this room can accommodate approximately 60 guests seated theater or banquet style with room for presentation. Five large windows provide natural light. The recessed lighting can be dimmed and shades can be drawn to darken the room. Gaither Floor Plan Setup

The library is an intimate gathering spot for small groups, ideal for classes, breakout sessions and community meetings.

Located on the lower level, best used for an informal setting. It accommodates up to 50 people and works well for casual meetings, team building, lectures and more.
